A Month’s Worth of Rain

Our April Fool’s Day nor’easter is pulling away from the region today and will be a distant memory once the sun returns and the winds relax later today.

While the Cape escaped the system without much in the way of snow and sleet, very heavy rain moved over the area throughout Friday night and much of Saturday. Rainfall totals of 3 to 4″ were common across the Cape – which during some parts of the year, would be a month’s worth of rain!
