Soupy air over the area will be pushed offshore this morning and replaced with drier, more comfortable conditions this afternoon.
A frontal zone is crossing the Cape as of mid-morning and will push south and east through late morning and midday. Behind this front, southerly winds will shift to the west and dew point values will fall from the 70s to the 60s.
Likewise, where there are murky conditions on parts of the Cape (low clouds, fog and areas of mist and drizzle), we can expect developing sunshine shortly.
Temperatures in the 70s will top out in the 80s today.
