High Pressure Locked In

An expansive area of high pressure remains anchored over southeastern parts of Canada today and will only slowly rebuild southward over the course of the week. As a result, we will remain locked in a nearly perfect weather pattern for the next several days.

As for today’s weather, plan for a day very similar to yesterday (and we can expect a near repeat performance tomorrow) with a good deal of sunshine, a slight northerly breeze and low humidity. The early morning chill will give way to comfortable conditions, with temperatures jumping quickly out of the 40s and 50s and topping out in the lower and middle 60s for highs.
