After a brief interruption yesterday, we are right back into the nice summer weather today.
Thursday morning visible satellite imagery showed clear skies extending across Southern New England and westward to New York State and Pennsylvania. Clouds to the south and east of the region were pushing seaward and a small batch of clouds over Northern New England was struggling to push southward. All-in-all, we can expect plenty of sunshine and blue sky through the day today.
Temperatures in the 60s Thursday morning will rise into the 70s during mid to late morning and readings should top out between 75 and 80F around most of the Cape…though a light northerly breeze will keep a few shoreline spots along Cape Cod Bay and the outer arm of the Cape a bit cooler.
The best part of the day: low humidity levels once again.
