Breezy and Cool

Low Pressure Spinning Over Northern New England

Low pressure which lifted through the region Monday night and Tuesday (bringing us another round of very heavy rain) is stuck over Northern New England and will only slowly lift north and eastward over the next 24 hours.

As a result, today and tomorrow’s weather won’t be all that different from yesterday’s.

Expect a changeable sky with passing billowy clouds but also some times of sunshine…with the theme being more clouds than sunshine. It’ll turn rather breezy today and will become flat out windy tonight into Thursday as the pressure gradient tighten furthers and causes some gusts over 40 mph.

Temperatures both today and tomorrow will be stuck in the lower to middle 40s. There’s a small threat for a passing shower, sprinkle or snow shower as moisture tries to wrap around the slowly departing storm center to our north.
