Milder Stretch

After enduring several days of arctic air, we have a milder stretch of weather ahead of us.

Southwesterly winds are gradually taking hold and pushing the last of the bitter cold out of the region today. Temperatures near the freezing mark Saturday afternoon won’t fall much tonight and will rebound into the upper 30s and lower 40s on Sunday.

Even warmer air will head northward into the area early in the upcoming week, with highs well into the 40s on Monday and eventually reaching the 50s by Tuesday.
