Thursday: Morning sunshine losing out to clouds…with skies generally averaging out mostly cloudy to overcast for much of the day. Cooler. A few afternoon sprinkles or light rain showers possible. Highs in the upper 40s and lower 50s.

Thursday Night: Cloudy and turning breezy and milder. Areas of fog and mist. Temperatures holding in the lower 50s…then gradually ticking upward overnight. Southerly winds increasing to 10 to 20 mph with some higher gusts.

Friday: A messy sky featuring lots of clouds but also some times of sunshine and blue sky here and there. Windy. Mild. A passing shower can’t be entirely ruled out but most of the day should be dry. Areas of fog and mist rolling in off the water – may be tough to shake along the water. Highs in the 50s and lower 60s. South winds 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts to 30 to 35 mph.

Saturday: Areas of dense fog and mist…otherwise partly to mostly cloudy, breezy and mild. Some showers will spill into the area later into the afternoon and evening. Highs in the upper 50s to middle 60s around the Cape.

Sunday: Morning clouds and any wet weather should shift offshore…look for developing sunshine and mild conditions. Highs in the upper 50s to middle 60s.

Monday: A mix of clouds and sun. A shower or two possible. Highs in the lower 60s.

Tuesday: Partly sunny…a few showers possible later in the day and into the night. Highs in the upper 50s and lower 60s.

Wednesday: Partly sunny. Highs in the 50s.
