Light northerly winds Tuesday morning swung around to the south and southwest over the course of the day, signaling the arrival of milder air. Those southwest winds freshened during the afternoon and remained active overnight, holding temperatures in the 50s last night and setting us up for a mild Wednesday.
Expect a mix of sunshine and scattered mid to high level cloud cover through the day today with temperatures climbing quickly out of the 50s and into the middle and upper 60s for highs. Southwest winds will remain busy through the day, continuing to feed mild air into the region and setting the stage for several days of abnormally warm weather to close out the work week.
Look for daytime highs to approach or exceed 70F Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
