A fairly moisture-starved cold front is cutting across New England this morning. This weather feature is delivering a band of cloud cover to the region and some scattered showers to start the day. One round of wet weather came through the area between 7 and 8 o’clock this morning and a second batch of showers is crossing the area behind it, destined to clear the area between 10 and 11AM. Behind this second line of sprinkles and showers, skies are clearing out a bit and this line of clearing will reach our area during the early afternoon, with partial sunshine anticipated for the second half of the day. Temperatures will climb out of the 40s and into the lower and middle 50s.
