A cold front is pressing eastward across Southern New England this morning, sending a band of clouds and wet weather along with it. As of mid-morning Saturday, rain was beginning to overspread the Cape from west to east and this activity will continue through the midday hours and into the first half of the afternoon. While most of the rain will be on the lighter side, a few embedded elements of steadier and heavier rain are likely at times. Things should improve late in the afternoon as the front slips offshore and drier air starts to push into the area. Track the rain on the Radar.
