We’re going to get a very well-deserved shift in the weather in the coming days. After enduring several days of persistent onshore flow, murky and damp conditions as well as some rather chilly temperatures, things are about to flip…in a big way.
Northeast winds will finally subside over the course of the day Monday and gradually bend around to a southerly and then southwesterly direction Monday night. That southwest wind will dry things out and transport much warmer air northeastward into the region…setting the stage for a lengthy stretch of much nicer weather for the upcoming work week…with pleasant conditions likely extending into Memorial Day Weekend.
