Chilly onshore flow continues today (and tomorrow) resulting in rather cool temperatures and intervals of clouds and sunshine. The visible satellite loop this morning tells the story quite well. You can see the low level cloud cover streaming in off the ocean from northeast to southwest, with pockets of overcast skies and areas of sunshine. This will be the theme through the day today – temperatures in the lower 50s, a gusty northeast breeze and times of sunshine mixed with periods of gray skies.
