Temperatures Tuesday night fell well down into the 50s across the area – and even reached the 40s on Martha’s Vineyard and over parts of interior Southern New England. It certainly felt cool Wednesday morning! Today (Wednesday) will be a Fall-like day with temperatures only climbing into the 60s and lower 70s – a solid 10F below average for this time of year (average high for August 21st is 79F). Tonight and tomorrow will be a repeat before warmer air returns to close out the week and head into the weekend.
