Quiet, Cool Stretch

The weather remains rather quiet and quite chilly. No major storm systems to contend with over the next 5 to 7 days (as of right now at least) and temperatures will continue to average out below normal. We will get a little reprieve from the deep chill from Sunday into Tuesday as the core of the cold air retreats northward for a time, but it won’t be overly mild. The National Blend of Models high temperature forecast for the next two weeks illustrates the pattern well – with temperatures struggling to 40F over the period.
