Yet another quick-moving storm system will slide by the region tonight, producing a period of accumulating this snow. This go-around, colder air will win out overall and there’ll be a bit more moisture around – so snowfall amounts will be on the higher side vs the last several systems. While snow may go over to some sleet, light rain/drizzle by Sunday morning, the majority of the storm’s precipitation will be done by that point. Overall, this should be categorized as a “light to moderate” event with a good plowable snowfall anticipated but no major issues expected.
