Shower Possible

The cool, low level marine air has proven remarkably stubborn this week. Warmer air is trying to push into the region but is having a difficult time scouring out the murky conditions. As that warmer air is moving into the region it is producing some scattered sprinkles and passing showers and resulting in plenty of cloud cover. And that’ll be the main weather theme for Wednesday. Low clouds and fog/mist/drizzle this morning will thin out a bit but skies will have difficulty actually clearing and the threat for a shower can’t be removed from the forecast. The one notable difference to today’s weather versus yesterday is an increase in humidity. Dewpoints are climbing into the 60s and will continue to inch upward, adding a muggy feel to the air. We should finally bust out into the warm sector tomorrow.
