A slow-moving frontal zone is draped across the region today, spreading clouds and periods of rain and drizzle throughout the Northeast (similar to Sunday). While the bulk of the wet weather is likely to stay to our north and west today, we can expect overcast skies and pockets of light rain and drizzle to move in and out of the area today. Temperatures will be in the 50s to near 60F.
The frontal zone (a cold front) will gradually sink south and eastward through the day today and eventually push further offshore tonight, bringing drier conditions for Tuesday.
