It’s a “what you see is what you get” kind of forecast for the next day or two.
While this morning’s light rain will come to an end, cloud cover isn’t going anywhere as additional waves of moisture will be headed our way over the next 24 hours. Another round of showers will spill into the area very late tonight and persist through a good chunk of tomorrow. And when it isn’t raining, low level moisture will remain in place resulting in areas of fog and mist.
Looking ahead…we’ll dry out a bit on Saturday (hopefully squeeze in some breaks of sunshine) but another wave of moisture – this time a bit more potent and possibly in a colder environment (snow?) – will head our way Sunday and Monday.
