Feels like a near carbon copy of last week. Beautiful early summer weather mid to late week followed by gray skies and cool temperatures just in time for Saturday.
Clouds returned overnight and pockets of sprinkles and light rain are gradually overspreading the area this morning. And unfortunately that’ll sort of be the theme for the day…gray, cool and a bit damp at times…with the “best” chance for wet weather from late morning into the mid afternoon timeframe (model guidance shows precipitation shifting south of the area during the late afternoon and early evening.)
Temperatures won’t move much today – generally holding around 60F. Readings could actually fall a degree or two during midday as light rain develops.
