Humidity will be a non-factor as dew point values hold in the 50s. A light northerly breeze should persist through most of the day. If you are headed to the beach, high tide is during the afternoon hours with water temperatures generally in the 70s around most of the area (60s on the ocean side / National Seashore beaches). The combination of clear skies, light wind and dry should make for a fairly cool night tonight with temperatures falling back into the 50s around a lot of the area.
