A warm front crossed through the area over the last 24 hours, bringing an increase in cloud cover and a big jump humidity. Dew points are in the lower 70s this morning and are likely to remain at or above 70F for the foreseeable future. In addition to the thick air, some showers/downpours have developed around the area and this activity has resulted in a few quick hitting downpours Friday morning. This activity will tend to lessen in coverage over the course of Friday, with brighter skies trying to develop around the area during the afternoon. Temperatures will top out between 75 and 80F.
