A frontal boundary and a developing low pressure center will approach the area today and pass through the region tonight. This system will spread a shield of precipitation across New England today and tonight. Here on the Cape, temperatures for most of the time will be just “warm” enough to support rain – though some snow could mix in early on and again toward the tail end of the event. Ski country stands the best shot at an all snow event – with a solid plowable snowfall coming to the central and northern parts of New England. Keep an eye on the forecast as another storm will approach the area Sunday night and Monday and could yield some impactful weather.
