Dry Stretch!

While the last several weeks have yielded one of the nicest stretches of weather we’ve had in a long time – it’s also yielded virtually no rainfall. Overall, September has been basically bone dry and much of the area hasn’t had significant rainfall since the middle third of August. Thankfully, this time of year, the sun angle / strength and declining so the impacts of extended periods of dry weather aren’t as noticeable as they otherwise might be. No rain is in the forecast through at least the first half of next week and beyond that odds for meaningful rain appear low through the next 10 days.
