Wednesday has dawned gray, cool and little wet as some light rain and drizzle is sliding eastward across the area. This shield of wet weather will move across our area during the first part of the morning, before exiting seaward during the mid-morning hours. Unfortunately, behind the showers, a cool northeast wind will persist and that’ll make it tough to scour out the cloud cover. Temperatures won’t move all that much today…the middle and upper 40s of first thing this morning will generally climb to 50 to 55F this afternoon…which is well below the average of 61F for this time of year…with the coolest readings on the Outer Cape.
