Monday’s strong gusty southwest wind transported a mild air mass into the region. Unfortunately, there was a lot of cloud cover around, a few sprinkles and that southwest wind off the water made it feel chilly. But overnight those clouds cleared out and the wind relaxed, setting us up to enjoy some really nice weather for Tuesday. Expect a good amount of sunshine today and with a lighter wind (and blowing offshore this morning) temperatures will jump through the 50s early this morning and climb well into the 60s during midday and the into the afternoon. It’s likely that some parts of the Cape pass 70F for a high. Enjoy!
