Not a great Thursday ahead of us weather-wise. Slow moving low pressure will crawl its way across the region, keeping cloud cover locked in place throughout the day. Intermittent showers will rotate their way through the area at times and pockets of mist and drizzle will be common around the area as a damp northeast flow persists. That northeast wind will be rather busy at times and won’t allow temperatures to move a whole lot – expect daytime readings generally in the 65 to 70F range from start to finish. The weather system responsible for the murky conditions will gradually shift eastward tonight and will start to pull away from the area – with somewhat drier air making a move into the region Friday and taking a stronger hold over the weekend.
