A warm front moved through the area on Wednesday and Wednesday night – accompanied by evening clouds and a couple of showers – and has sent a surge of warmer and much more humid air into the region for Thursday. Dew points, which were in the 40s on Monday and Tuesday, have climbed into the lower and middle 60s this morning and will continue to inch upward through the day today…likely topping out between 65 and 70F. Add in some developing sunshine and temperatures in the 70s and lower 80s…and it’ll feel like summer on the Cape today.
