Thursday marks day 1 of what will be a 3-day stretch of very uncomfortable weather around the Cape. Dew point levels have come up over the last 24 hours and will continue to climb through the day tomorrow. Thursday morning’s dew point analysis shows readings hovering near 70F…and these numbers will likely tick upward a couple of degrees through the day today (anything north of 70F is very humid air). On Friday, dew point values are likely to reach the middle 70s at times…and when combined with temperatures in the 90s…making it feel like 100F+ degrees throughout the day.
